EVA Facial Mouse

EVA Facial Mouse is an app that allows you to access your Android's features with nothing more than your face.

This free and open source app is designed for people with reduced mobility. It's an accessibility tool that lets you use your Android by tracking the movements of your face with the front camera. Basically, a cursor appears on the screen, just like when you use a mouse on a PC, only this one responds to your facial movements. With EVA Facial Mouse, you can access most of the items on your Android with ease.

EVA Facial Mouse is intended for people with amputations, cerebral palsy, spinal cord injury, muscular dystrophy, multiple sclerosis, and amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), among other disabilities.

EVA Facial Mouse has some limitations, unfortunately, such as not being able to use it while another app is using the camera. In addition, it doesn't work with most games, and the use of Google apps like Maps, Earth, and Gallery is limited. EVA Facial Mouse doesn't work with most standard keyboards, either, but the app gives you the option to enable one.
